FOIA lawsuit schedule set

Judge Richard J. Leon has ordered a schedule for disclosure/briefing by the State Department regarding claims brought by the ACCG, IAPN and PNG. Under this schedule, requested records may be released or exemptions may be requested no later than May 9, 2008. A determination of any future action by the plaintiffs will be made no later than June 2, 2008. Full story
