ACCG files motion to reconsider

ACCG continues to contest forfeiture hearing in Baltimore Court.

The ACCG has filed a motion for reconsideration to the Court’s memorandum and order striking the Guild’s answer.  In its motion, the Guild argues that the plain meaning of the governing statute requires the government to demonstrate the Guild’s coin were first discovered within and subject to the export control of Cyprus or China.  A copy of the Court’s Memorandum can be found here.  A copy of the Guild’s Memorandum can be found here
