Bill Puetz appointed as Affiliate Member Liaison

ACCG Charter Board Member Bill Puetz has accepted the responsibility of Affiliate Member Liaison for ACCG supporting Affiliate Member organizations.

Since the untimely death of Chris Connell, who selflessly volunteered to serve as ACCG Affiliate Member Coordinator at the time of the guild's inception, the ACCG has been without a person to fill that important role. Another ACCG charter officer, Board Member Bill Puetz, has volunteered to take on that responsibility. Bill is well known to the numismatic community as the founder/developer of and Both of these web sites have become major venues in the ancient and medieval coin markets. Bill understands well the issues faced by member clubs and will coordinate the efforts of ACCG to best serve those member club needs. The ACCG enjoys and appreciates the support of twenty Affiliate Member organizations comprising a collector base of more than 5,000 individuals. The guild is primarily an advocacy group involved in lobbying and educational activities that support the right of private citizens to collect coins of antiquity.
