The International Foundation for Art Research (IFAR) has posted on its website a very fair and balanced summary of the ACCG lawsuit regarding U.S. State Department withholding of information that the collectors guild argues is not protected against release by law.

Ancient Coin Collectors Guild v. State Department

Ancient Coin Collectors Guild v. U.S. Department of State, 641 F.3D 504 (D.C. Cir. 2011), reversing and remanding, Ancient Coin Collectors Guild v. U.S. Department of State, 673 F. Supp. 2d 1 (D.D.C. 2009).
