Oral Argument Set in ACCG Customs Case

The presiding judge in the case of ACCG vs. U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Dept. of Homeland Security, et al. has scheduled oral arguments on the defendant's motion to dismiss.  The arguments will be presented on February 14, 2011 in Federal District Court in Baltimore, MD.  Attorney for the plaintiff, from the firm of Bailey and Ehrenberg, is Peter K.
